    This is my 2nd pair of these pumps (bought the 1st pair last summer). The originals are still in cracking condition despite being worn almost daily, but inevitably well-worn white shoes get stained. I bought these as a replacement for when the others become too unsightly (walking round London lots, I'm guessing another month or two) These aren't quite as 'ballet', with the top of the shoe coming higher up my foot, but they're still lovely.     I ordered the Suzie Ballet Trainers and paid for standard delivery. Unfortunately, through no fault of Fatface, Royal Mail delivered them to the wrong address. I was informed by Fatface that RM would retrieve the trainers and forward them onto me. This never happened. Having contacted Fatface they sent out another pair, express delivery, and I am now one very happy customer. Thank you. I contacted Fatface and they arranged to. Originally posted on FatFace.com

    Fat Face went above and beyond in arranging for me to receive the correct size shoe for my feet. They ordered stock from the warehouse and arranged for me to collect at the Bornemouth branch as I work shifts and had a bad experience trying to get a delivery from Royal Mail.
