Where can I buy and redeem a FatFace eGift Card?

You can buy eGift Cards online here.

eGift Cards can be redeemed online at www.fatface.com or in-store.

Please note that we can only accept a maximum of 3 eGift Cards per transaction.

Terms and Conditions

You can use your FatFace eGift Card in-store or online at www.fatface.com as full or part payment on your purchase.

If your order exceeds the value of the eGift Card, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit or debit card, or cash if purchasing in-store.

eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Your eGift Card is valid for 24 months after your last transaction (which includes balance enquiries). After this, your eGift Card will expire and the remaining amount will be deducted.

We’re really sorry – eGift Card transactions can only be made in GBP.

Treat your eGift Card like cash. If it gets lost, stolen, or damaged, we are unfortunately unable to replace it.
